    We likely need to be cautious here so I'll add a personal disclaimer. I'm not medically qualified in anything, not a nutritionist, and not a personal trainer. I am a health and fitness coach, but that's all about support, encouragement, and accountability - plus I know where the experts and expert information can be found or if I don't I'll do my best to find it.

    We probably even need to go further and state that we won't be giving any medical advice in this discussion and if people have questions they should seek the opinion of their personal physician or medical resources.
